Take a tour of the gym, students are given time to workout and experience the large selection of gym equipment & other amenities at OMEGA, & meet the local owner John Perry.
At Omega Health + Fitness we want to encourage youth to live a healthy & active lifestyle. Our goal is to welcome local youth into the gym & feel comfortable at their locally owned fitness facility.
Permission forms will be provided to teachers/coaches & the tour is designed by an educator.

Students are engaged on a guided tour of the facility highlighting the equipment & amenities, and are shown how to use the equipment using proper form and technique when they complete their workout. Mobile devices are encouraged!

Students can enjoy the selection of cardio, selectorized machines, plate loaded machines, & other amenities that OMEGA has to offer. An instructor/trainer will be available to answer all questions & help students.
